SH 183/SH 161 Interchange

Huitt-Zollars provided final design and engineering drawings for three separate direct connectors in the SH-183/SH-161 interchange under the TxDOT Bridge Division Evergreen Contract. The work included completion of bridge layouts, bridge design, quantities, applicable standards, estimate, and the necessary special provisions and specifications. The work was designed in accordance with AASHTO Standard Specifications. The drawings were incorporated into a PS&E design package prepared by the TxDOT Dallas District. Close coordination was required with the TxDOT Dallas District and the Bridge Division.
