Prescott at Ladera Ranch

Located in the first phase of Ladera Ranch, Prescott by Standard Pacific is a detached single-family project consisting of 34 lots on 5.9 acres. Situated in the Oak Knoll village of Ladera, Prescott consists of two-story, 3-4 bedroom homes ranging from 2,193 SF to 2,541 SF. On behalf of Standard Pacific Homes, Huitt-Zollars prepared final engineering plans including precise grading plans, street and infrastructure plans, water quality plans, erosion control plans, final maps, and final construction staking.

Huitt-Zollars prepared final engineering documents for this single-family home urban development located on 4.1 acres. The spacious single-family two-story homes occupy lot sizes of 5,500 to 6,700 SF and are located on the threshold of a large open space and back up to a multi-use trail. Views from the rear yards and upper floors offer an amazing and unobstructed view of the Topa Topa Mountains and Santa Clara River Basin.

Renaissance at Uptown Orange

Huitt-Zollars provided engineering and surveying services to BRE Properties, a developer of highly desirable apartment communities. The project, located in one of western United States’ most sought after places to live, surrounds the Los Angeles Angels Stadium. The project consists of designing 462 apartment units, a central core four-deck concrete parking structure wrapped by four, four- and five-story wood framed apartment buildings, and a traditional walk-up product located at the posterior of the premises.

Granite Park Place

Huitt-Zollars provided engineering services for this up-and-coming urban development located in the heart of old town Pasadena. Positioned between San Pasqual Street and California Boulevard, this community is perfectly situated for residents to enjoy a plentitude of nearby restaurants and boutiques. Huitt-Zollars designed subterranean parking garages covered by two separate four and five-story buildings, and 71 units ranging from two-story townhouses to one- and two-story live/work residences accompanied by spacious terraces and patios.

Centre Club Apartments

Huitt-Zollars provided site plan layout, preliminary grading and drainage design, and construction documents for three buildings that house 3-story multi-family apartments. This project added 101 units to an existing high-end apartment complex that is located on approximately 3.5 acres. The site included a tot-lot and family spa area, as well as on-site parking garages underneath the apartment units. The project included renovation of the adjacent roadway, parkway, and landscaping that fronts the project site.

Avalon Irvine

Huitt-Zollars provided engineering services for the transformation of an antiquated 1970’s era business park into a vibrant and high-density urban environment. The 4.1-acre highly visible business site, located in the heart of downtown Irvine, was part of the largest redevelopment effort in the City’s history. Huitt-Zollars designed a central core four-deck concrete parking structure wrapped by four, 4- and 5-story wood framed apartment buildings, 1,311 parking spaces, and 279 apartment units.

Cardiff-by-the-Sea Senior Living

Set in gently rolling hills of the North San Diego coastal community Cardiff-by-the-Sea, Belmont Village offers its senior residents options for assisted and independent living as well as a dementia wing for increased care. The facility was designed to conform to the hillside and reflect the surrounding natural environment. There are 147 units and such desired amenities as landscaped courtyards and gardens, a pool, spa, sports lounge, beauty salon, and library.
